The Salty Southeast Cruisers’ Net – Testimonial

Client Testimonial – The Salty Southeast Cruisers’ Net

“In the new short months since Christopher Spires has been associated with the Salty Southeast Cruisers’ Net, he has become an integral and invaluable member of our team. Our association began with Chris rescuing our site from an unexpected melt down. Since those early days, his enhancements and augmentation of our web based business have been absolutely first rate. We look forward to a long and mutually advantageous association with Mr. Christopher Spires, and cannot recommend his services too highly to other potential clients.”

- Claiborne Young, Cruisers’ Net

Project Description

The Salty Southeast Cruisers’ Net project is a great example of how versatile gotBODA? Solutions really is. This project has involved some of the following services:

- Open Source CMS conversion: gotBODA? successfully converted the Cruisers’ Net website, containing roughly 5,300 articles across 350 categories, from Joomla! to Wordpress.cruisers

- Wordpress Theme Design: The original goal was to duplicate the look, feel and function of the previous Joomla installation. We were successfully able to duplicate the design of Cruisers’ Net for a low impact transition for their visitors.

Currently we’re in the process of a complete Wordpress theme redesign to bring the site up-to-date with current web standards, cleaner and enhanced usability & features.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Claiborne and the rest of the Cruisers’ Net staff, and working with them to enhance their valuable online resource.
